You confirm that you have the rights to any content you submit.

c. Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or deceptive

  • Violates laws or regulations

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights

  • Promotes harm, hate, or illegal activity

Yambush reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion.

5. Educational, Health & Financial Disclaimer

Content on Yambush is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

  • Financial content is not investment, legal, or financial advice.
    Always consult qualified professionals before making decisions related to health or finances.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Yambush offers paid features:

  • Fees are clearly disclosed

  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

  • You authorize us to charge applicable payment methods

We may modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Creator Content & Monetization

Yambush allows approved creators (“Creators”) to upload, publish, and monetize video content on the Platform, subject to these Terms and any additional Creator guidelines or policies.

a. Eligibility

To participate in monetization, Creators must:

  • Maintain an active Yambush account in good standing

  • Meet eligibility criteria established by Yambush

  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies

Yambush reserves the right to approve, suspend, or remove monetization access at its discretion.

b. Revenue & Payments

Creators may earn revenue through mechanisms such as:

  • Advertising revenue

  • Subscriptions

  • Pay-per-view or premium content

  • Other monetization features offered by Yambush

Revenue share percentages, payout thresholds, and payment schedules will be disclosed within the Creator dashboard or separate Creator agreement.

Payments are subject to:

  • Applicable taxes

  • Payment processor fees

  • Compliance verification

c. Creator Responsibilities

Creators agree that:

  • Content is original or properly licensed

  • Content is accurate and responsibly presented

  • Health and financial content does not provide personalized professional advice

Creators are solely responsible for their content and any claims made therein.

d. Content Review & Removal

Yambush may review, limit distribution of, demonetize, or remove content that:

  • Violates platform policies

  • Contains misinformation or harmful claims

  • Poses legal or reputational risk

Such actions may occur without prior notice.

e. Taxes

Creators are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes related to earnings from Yambush.

8. Termination

Yambush may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the Platform or its users.

You may stop using Yambush at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yambush shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Yambush after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
